• Major in-service inspection plan at the Degassing Stations for the separators, piping and storage tanks to establish suitable proper repair plan as per API standards and ExxonMobil specifications.
• Conduct external inspection on equipment to monitor internal corrosion and making inspection reports.
• Conduct off-stream and on-stream inspection on the degassing separators, oil storage tank and pipe connecting between the stages.
• Establish an NDT plan to specify internal corrosion through conducting UT TOFD /Phased Array and computerized Radiography.
• Ensure updating the available data management system with inspection and corrosion findings of each equipment facility and major problem areas are accurately and timely logged and identified.
