During my internship, I led the Onboarding team, managing candidate engagement, documentation, and the onboarding process. I organized German language exams, coordinated with trainers, and scheduled classes, ensuring smooth operations. My focus on communication and organization boosted the onboarding experience for new team members. I also ensured to work on SharePoint to maintain the documents of the candidates.
