• Lead the QA / QC activities of the Telepresence Reporting program by coordinating the offshore testers, onsite lead, development lead and client to design and develop software testing solutions, managing all aspects of software testing life cycle• Lead all the key activities for this program in parallel with another on-going project• Perform functional testing using Selenium and validate the results with the data in the DB using SQL statements.• Perform cross browser testing on different platforms using reusable scripts• Create bug reproduction scripts to help the development team for the timely resolution of the defects• Manage the defects for closure, using JIRA, a defect tracking tool.• Report testing status to clients on weekly basis• Analyse the test trends and Present test metrics to the management• Attend status calls and co-ordinate the team for achieving the team goals • Train and orient the new team members and organize work schedules and planning.

• Analyse the user business requirements, design documents and frame test scenarios for them• Compare Cramer’s functionality and data model, to that of NIMS and put check points to minimize the gap between them• Prepare testing related documents - Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Log and Test Summary Report and track requirement traceability • Use reporting tool Appworx to schedule and test jobs and procedures • Perform functional/non-functional testing, validate the test results data with the data in the data base by writing SQL queries• Log defects and track them to closure, using Bugzilla, a defect tracking tool.• Report testing status and help test manager to prepare the daily/ weekly status report • Support users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing), attend status calls and co-ordinate testing activities within the team
