• Work directly with stakeholders and internal and external developers to plan and implement solutions• Manage a process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new system functionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.com• Manage the tasks with Project management tools such as JIRA• Customization of fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards. Develop and Design custom objects and code as needed. Customize, configure and manage flows.

• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 200+ users• Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, Roles, Profiles, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks• Implemented Service cloud to handle day-to-day cases based on priority.• Data Migration from external databases to Salesforce using Apex Data Loader.• Integrated external applications such as JIRA, Ringcentral, Outreach, Druva for backup, Ringlead, Zoominfo to salesforce CRM.• Working knowledge on Apex classes, Visual Force pages, Triggers, Controllers, & SOQL• Involved in entire development cycle and UAT.
