• Work closely with Project management team, always demonstrate high sense of urgency & have been on top with CSAT related requests by driving the team to staff the right resources, at the right time and right cost. • Monitor and analyze resource utilization metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Balancing the demand for resources with the available supply by prioritizing projects or tasks based on their strategic importance and resource availability. • Oversee the management of the bench by identifying opportunities for skill development, cross-training, or resource reassignment. • Working with the leads to review high and low utilization resources to better deploy resources to create a more balanced utilization on an individual basis. • Collaborate with project managers to identify potential project assignments for bench resources. • Develop comprehensive capacity plans to align resource availability with project demands.• Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and business stakeholders to understand upcoming project needs and adjust resource forecasts accordingly. • Foster and manage relationships with partners, vendors, subcontractors to align resource allocation strategies, optimize project execution, and negotiate contracts and agreements for services. • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into resource utilization, forecast accuracy, resource availability, resource allocation, demand management. • Host weekly and monthly cadence calls with stakeholders to provide updates on resource management metrics.
