Current- Utilize PowerBi to develop visually appealing and informative dashboards, improving data reporting capabilities and unlocking key metrics for actionable insights- Leverage advanced SQL querying skills and stored procedures in SSMS to develop customized client general ledger reports tailored to specific client requirements, ensuring accurate and insightful financial analysis- Create a diverse range of internal and client-facing customized reports, accommodating varying complexity levels and specific requirements to provide meaningful information to stakeholders- Take ownership of data warehouse management, including table creation and regular data loading processes, ensuring availability of reliable and accurate data for critical analysis and reporting tasks- Conduct thorough analysis of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Risk, Implementation, and CRM data, harnessing its potential to inform strategic business decision-making and enhance overall organizational performance- Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate, design, and implement data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges, working in tandem with diverse teams to create impactful outcomes- Assume responsibility for key data load and maintenance within SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) databases, guaranteeing data integrity and availability for crucial reporting purposes- Efficiently distribute scheduled reports via the SAP Java Launch Pad, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of valuable information to relevant stakeholders- Provide support and backup assistance during the audit process of vendor data file transmission, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the data management processes
