Hi I am Ramya an IT professional turned into baker and now founder and head instructor at ZeroinAcademy.All because of my interest and passion towards baking.When I started my journey I had zero knowledge on baking but I gathered the knowledge through many baking trials and learning resources as I didn't have the luxury of time to get a hotel management or a formal chef qualification.I learnt from my mistakes as I didn't have any mentor and I decided to start this as teaching so that people who want to start a career in baking can get proper guidance.what started in a small space is now a sprouting and one of the renowned baking school in Chennai.For me it's not about our batch strength but how successful our students are after completing course at Zeroin academy.
