Worked as MSO (managed Service Owner) in Henkel & H&M - Germany which are a leading Consumer Industry which operates globally with a well-balanced and diversified portfolio.Roles and Responsibilities:• Working as MSO (managed Service Owner) in Finance Domain, managing 3 applications.• Handling Gold applications which has strict SLAs and committed deadlines.• Gathering and understanding client requirements• Business analysis, Preparing functional design documents (Consultant role)• Finding solutions, Delivery and Deployment• Ensure AMS SLA & KPIs are Green and 100 % Adherence.• 100% success on Ticket & CR Quality & Maintain TRT < 8 hours.• Ticket Quality Checks• Responsible for data accuracy in SNOW.• Service Account handling in MYID• Resource Planning and Forecasting.• Proactive Business communications (e.g.: Planned downtime, issues in Performance etc.)• Ensure escalation volume is under control and handle Escalations Promptly• Support Demand management when in need.• Maintain Access control concepts for the applications and regular IT access validations.• Propose cost optimization to Business.• Reviews with Business and help customers successful in achieving the Desired Outcome.• Periodic health checks (Performance and execution time of Reports for Henkel Applications) of Applications.• Continuous Improvement Plan.• Root Cause Analysis for the repetitive issues which helps in reducing the Error Rates• Ensure Application compliance are in place.• Supporting Application Migration from IBM DC to ATOS DC• Work on Improving productivity with cross-functional teams• Maintain Application information documents and updating documents on a regular basis in Client Library.• Maintain Transparency.• Improve customer satisfaction by taking feedback from Business on a regular basis.• SPOC for the Compliance Activities• SPOC for the monthly Internal Audit for FMD Cluster.• Backup Planning• Actively took part in Internal and External Audit Process
