I investigated linear and nonlinear machine learning techniques to interoperably interpret multi-omics data. I also adapted a foundational LLM to encode for aging-related biomarkers and process large-scale datasets over 100% more efficiently. These advances are critical to gaining a better understanding of the pathologies behind the aging process.

As a part of the Emerging Diagnostics and Investigative Technology (EDIT) program, I participate in machine learning research in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. I worked under the guidance of Dartmouth College professors Dr. Jousha Levy and Dr. Louis Vaickus.
