Role and responsibilities:  SPOC for Apps2 (Vertical) Captive accounts.  Involved in End to End recruitment process. Handling the requirements for all the Levels (Junior & Mid Level). And also managing requirements for Multiple Business groups Regular meetings with the Hiring Managers and business leads to discuss about requirements details and about their hiring plans.  Involved in HR Interviews. Initiating the offer approval process and offer rollouts.  Regular follow up with the Offered candidates till onboarding. Conducting Hiring Events (Volume Hiring) on Weekends. Also involved in Fresher’s Hiring. Vendor Management: Interacting with Vendors and explaining them about the forcasted requirements.  Preparing DSR/WSR and MSR reports for various projects and present it to the Management.

Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Handled both the entities of Managed Services and Staffing entity. Sourcing the candidates from different sources like Job Portals like Monster, Naukri and LinkedIn. Developed, drove and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidatesin limited candidate spaces. Help the managers to plan needs in start of every quarter based upon the forecast based up on the market analysis. Regular discussion and meeting with Hiring Managers and Technical Team Working on various projects related to future recruitment plans. Market analysis through understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge. Working on various projects related to future recruitment plans (Market study on availability of talent pool in the market , talent pool study region wise, salary median study ) Conducting the Preliminary Interview to evaluate the candidate’s communication, Interest, skills, aptitude and attitude Recruited for positions for Fresher, Team Leaders, Technical Architect and Key Senior Positions. Responsible for various level positions across geographies Across PAN India. Preparation of Daily Status Report (DSR) and Weekly Status Report (WSR) Handling salary negotiations with Candidates. Solving queries of joiners and helping them in initial settlement. Posting requirements on Job Boards (LinkedIn/Monster/Naukri) Follow up with the candidates from the time of Interview to till they join the Organization Taking care of the Joining formalities, at the time of candidate joining. Collecting the documents of the candidate and pre offer form for the verification purpose. Facilitate the process of reference and background checks of candidates. Taking care of the Joining formalities, at the time of candidate joining.
