Developed proposition for managing future digital Workforce. The project involves how to Attract, engage, and retain the future workforce (Millennial) and to create a common platform for contract workers using Digital platform. My work revolved around usage of AI, AR, Gamification to recruit and engage future workforce as well as to improve the L&D of a company.

I joined Inautix as an intern in January 2015 . On seeing the performance and quality of the project, I was designated as an Application Developer in July 2015 in Futures Management Application Team which has Bridge Water Associates as a major client. It was a team of 15. On seeing my command in language and team building skills I was given the scrum master position in 2017.- Increased the performance of the Official Site by creating an efficient Archiving process without sacrificing the confidentiality of the clients information.- This improved the storage capacity by 70% and efficiency by 45%. - Response time of the screen was improved and provided a great User Experience.- I was awarded a WOW Award by my manager to achieve the efficiency by without compromising the standards.
