• Reporting to MD, drafting letters / mails on behalf of MD.• Handling national and International travel operations including online ticketing, visa formalities, hotel booking, calender management • Arrange and confirm appointments • Preparing documents for export & imports, monitoring of shipment schedule and follow up.• Preparing data for updating the corporate website & brochures• Handle incoming mail and other material• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements• Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings• Preparing Quotations, Purchase Orders• Set up and maintain filing systems• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information• Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally• In addition to above I am looking after all the things related purchase department.• Responsible for posting the requirements on the job portal.• Maintaining a tracker of all the interviewed & offered candidates.• Preparing Appointment / Confirmation / Relieving / Experience letter• Completing joining formalities, Generating ID Cards, Mail ID

• Tele-calling the customers.• Keeping records of executives going on field.• Maintaining the reception• Keeping track of the office stationary.• Maintaining petty cash.• Office Admin.• Replying to the queries of the customers.
