Digital Practice Establishment:Spearheaded the organization's Digital Practice from strategic conception to flawless execution, establishing a transformative digital culture and earning recognition for the organization's digital focus.Strategic Digital Transformation Expertise:Formulated comprehensive digital and data strategies, designed digital architecture, and implemented critical solutions with a focus on CX, omni-channel, process optimization, digital democratization and data.Digital Marketing for branding and lead gen: Crafted the strategy for corporate and services branding and top of the funnel lead gen activities. Highlights include holistic website revamp, setting up an all woman call centre and multi channel, social media engagement with an integrated CRM and marketing automation tech.

Led Business Development and aided with Practice Strategy & Digital Consulting for IoT for the Manufacturing, Logistics, Automotive, Utilities verticals, aiding Digital transformation for our Global customers, providing solutions in IIoT, supply chain, energy management, autonomous vehicles, wearables etc. (2014-2018).Product Owner in a transformational initiative to create the first Platform of its kind for developing and hosting Applications through an Enterprise AppStore. The award winning Platform used by 170,000 associates developed using Lean Development and MVP principles promoted Social design and Tiny change to delight our associates, developers and business users. (2010-2014).Part of the team that won the prestigious Infoweek Top 100 CIO Award in 2014.Product management team lead for an Enterprise Delivery and Collaboration Ecosystem which enabled Project and Process management with integration to Enterprise Knowledge Management and Social Collaboration (2007-2010).

About the project:The Claims Processing System was the heart of the company and re-engineering from an OS/2 application to a Web application that can be accessed from smart terminals and from home was an important objective for the company. My Role:Successfully and single-handedly developed, tested, documented and maintained the system written in Rexx and Java, handling more than 30 users and helped the company establish a flexible telecommuting policy.Installed and configured DB2 on OS/2 and NT systems. As DB2 DBA, performed database tuning and backup, created users and database objects and automated processes to move data to and from other systems; resulting in high user confidence in the data integrity and stability.Researched and introduced WebSphere Studio as the development tool for Web applications. Lead administrator of 3 Web Servers accessed by over 70 users hosting a variety of applications and intranet sites.Analyzed and established Crystal Reports as our reporting tool connecting to databases like DB2/400, DB2 and Access. Lead a report writing team on these projects. Greatly reducedoverhead in maintaining several reporting software for different departments and was rewarded by the company for this accomplishment.Led the conversion of our Claims Processing system from DB2 to Oracle database using Access and Rexx, performing system analysis and data mapping. This project smoothed the transition process in the company to a new location and different technology.Won appreciation for completing a training program on Crystal Reports for end users which made them less dependent on IS for simple reports.Tested and Implemented several projects involving Java, C, SQL, Crystal Reports and Rexx among others.Promoted as an Associate at the end of my first year for consistent achievements, introducing cost-effective solutions, being innovative and meeting deadlines.

Designed and Developed Oracle Databases at the training centers and came up with the syllabi for courses in SQL.Consistent and excellent feedback after teaching several courses such as SQL, Oracle, Developer 2000, Microsoft Office 97 and Microsoft Project.Interacted with the Corporate clients to determine training needs and conducted courses offsite with good results.
