Primary responsibility is to conduct NH & HTD training, Developmental training, Communication Training and Behavioral Training Interacting with BU’s, conducting Mentorship meetings, internal SD meetings and briefings Maintaining Weekly reports, Daily reports and interacting with the Delivery manager’s and the production teams to improve the overall process quality. As per the Training SOP, other training related activities are conducted as part of the Training SOPDevelop and conduct Refreshers based on Training needs for existing Agents and help prepare them for the job.Coordinate training activities looping in client stakeholdersPreparation of Training Plans, and relevant Training reports and Dashboards.Periodically review contents/initial training material of the New Hires.
