• Good experience on VB Script, Descriptive program Function Driven Framework, Data Driven Framework, Synchronization, Keyword Driven Framework, Hybrid Framework• Good exposure of QTP integrated environment (Recording, Object Repository, Object Identification, Object Spy, Descriptive Programming, Data Table, Recovery scenarios etc.)• Worked on Telecom, Retail domains.• Good exposure of VB Script.• Very good understanding of the entire STLC process, SDLC process, Test Methodologies and Software Testing Techniques, Procedures and Processes. • Good experience in writing test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test summary with expertise in performing System Testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, Database, End to End testing) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support. • Strong Experience in Mobile Testing• Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall and V&V (Validation and Verification) methodologies.• Good understanding of Oracle HR modules and the technical architecture.• Good understanding of development standards, debugging tools and techniques.• Possess Outstanding Interpersonal, Team Building, Communication skills and decision-making.• I am energetic, self-motivated team player working with onshore and offshore teams. • An effective leader with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
