Serve as Director of Strategy for Assessment for Good vertical. Assessment for Good is an R&D program focused on improving the conditions for social and emotional wellbeing and positive academic outcomes for Black and Latinx learners.

-Oversee product strategy and execution of Family Playlists. Manage 5-person team and serve on the Executive Team. -Redesigned and relaunched Family Playlists, an award-winning edtech B2B2C product, to better meet market and user needs around math learning in grades K-2. -Piloted redesigned product in several districts nationally and supported RCT analysis that demonstrated Family Playlists had significant impact on SEL outcomes. -98% of families said their child enjoyed the activities and 67% of teachers consistently engaged with the product over the course of the school year-Created a cross-functional Customer Success team that helped implementations be successful and led to renewal of partnerships-Supported fundraising for Family Playlists by helping to write grant proposals and reports, presenting updates to program officers, and pitching at competitions

-Helping families in the time of Covid-19 by launching a new product to connect them to financial resources-Developing a new product to help nonprofits improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their advocacy campaigns

-Led 7-person team to build products that financially empowered low-income families - and conducted research to help inform organizational strategy.-Launched MyMAF, a mobile app that reimagines digital financial coaching. Conversion to active users was 75% and 3-month retention rate was ~25%, higher than benchmark for fintech apps. -Rolled out pilot of new application process for immigration loan programs and A/B tested it against original process.-Launched dashboards for nonprofit partners to help them assess performance of loan portfolios and impact on clients.-Represented MAF at industry conferences on nonprofit tech and financial inclusion, including CFPB's roundtable on mobile fintech and Aspen Institute's Program on Financial Security.-Co-chaired Tech Advisory Council, an advisory board made up professionals in tech ranging from Uber to Stripe. Recruited new advisors and increased the size of the board by 2x.-Strengthened relationship with funders supporting MAF's research and development including philanthropic foundations, tech funders, and banks.
