During those two months we built an HR system for managing leaves.

- Planned training agendas, slides before the training.30 Women between 21 to 70 years old got 4-days training on Economic Empowerment Project for WomenPerformed multiple practical and theoretical activities during the training that helped the participants engage more with theoretical concepts.- Executed training rehearsal for the participants to have better understanding.- Managed and coordinated all logistics in the training hall during the training.- Assisting participants during their activities to have more creative, flexible and regulated idea and mindset.- Provided both participants and beneficiaries with useful training materials and resources.- Training was provided in Kurdish using closest terms in their language.- Taking Photos and Videos for participants.- Tell them more about local models and related individuals to get into network with them.

- Planned and prepared training agendas, curriculums, slides before the training.- Reported back to project managers that all training needs and objectives were met. In Three boot camps, about 150 trainees got 3-day training on Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship.- Planned and executed multiple activities during the training to help the participants for better understanding.Managed and coordinated all logistics in the training hall during the training.- Assisting participants during their activities to have more creative, flexible and regulated idea and mindset.Assisted the practicing trainers during their sessions and addressed the needs of the beneficiaries.- Provided participants the training materials and resources.Conducted qualitative and quantitative data collection for pre- and post-training evaluations.- Training was provided in both languages (English and Kurdish).- Executed activities to make participants to stay focused and energized for learning more.- Taking Photos and Videos for participants.
