I have two decades of experience - spanning EdTech in HigherEd/ Governments, Entrepreneurship, Business/Sales Leadership and IT Industry- a blend that has allowed me to impact lives of lakhs of students & teachers via digital transformation of education.I believe that technology-led education programs have to be designed with a 'human' element to truly amplify teaching and learning in the 21st century. I am currently working at the world's largest higher ed platform: Coursera, where I partner with universities to make digital education a reality. In my previous learning adventure, I led a young startup team in an impact investment firm to enable capacity building for the global startup ecosystem.At IIM Bangalore, I set up a successful MOOCs programme in partnership with EdX and SWAYAM - a program that has now reached a million global learners. I am credited with building the fastest edtech 'startup' within IIMB!! In my early career, I donned many hats ranging from systems analyst/middleware engineer at a global tech giant like Intel, to marketer/ business analyst at a women-led startup like Prayag Consulting.What drives me is to implement meaningful, "human-enabled" technology to build an education system in which learners thrive.
