I prepare response templates, prefill them with boiler point content, set up calls, draft escalations and manage milestones from start to finish. My RFP proposal experience includes coordinating with technical teams in the Oracle CX and Salesforce CRM space, so I am very well-versed with IT terminology, Customer Relationship Management processes and able to recognize inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the proposal responses. I have also worked in social care companies, healthcare companies and technology products targeted towards healthcare and well being of communities - so I am well versed in health sector related proposals as well.
