After a year of intermittent work to study the market related to awareness of humanitarian work in Arab states, I launched the Humanitarian Platform in Aug, 2020 with very distinguished and passionate team (A.Hamouda, Manar, Hossam, A.Amin and Ayman) and with very valuable and appreciated assistance from Altayeb. To be the beginning of The Humanitarian الانساني project with a vision to reach the best of awareness about the Humanitarian crises. And be a part of the Global Humanitarian Action.Putting the main directions of The Humanitarian, and lead the team to prepare the periodic and strategic plans.Supervise the main team to ensure we are on the right track.Provide the team by the managerial and technical support to achieve the best outcomes.Coordinate between the team leaders to have a good communication and integrated work Bearing in mind best practices.Monitor and evaluate the team performance to improve it and to be accountable as well as write down the lesson learned to be considered.

Working as a Senior Humanitarian Specialist with a vision to ensure optimal use of resources and maximizing benefits with supervisory tasks and cooperation with 30 field offices and more than 30 governmental, international, regional and local partners.Participate annually in managing humanitarian projects with an average cost of $55m in more than 10 countries.Managing emergency, early recovery and reconstruction projects and giving the managerial and technical support to my colleagues and field offices’ directors to achieve the best outcomes of the humanitarian projects.Reviewing project proposals, budgets and log-frames and supervising 3 employees in the HQ and the field offices' directors.I’m the key person to prepare the periodic plans and participate in preparing strategic plans.Responsible for writing and reviewing policies and procedures to maintain effectiveness, efficiency and quality of programs.Responsible for the elements of governance and risk management within the department using GRC software in order to ensure that the work is progressing in a manner that comply the policies and procedures.
