Started developing quantitative and qualitative data collection tools for projects’ assessment, leading and coordinating orientation sessions on data collection, co-facilitating MEAL System development, follow-up project activities according to CRS MEAL Policies and Procedures, facilitating focus group discissions, key-informant interviews, and supervising data collection by implementing partners to ensure data quality.

Started taking over MEAL responsibilities including collecting quantitative and qualitative data, coordinating data collection with partner teams, supporting in the MEAL system design of the project, supporting in the facilitation of reflection events, focus group discussions, and other data management responsibilities.

Assisting in the formulation of project work plans, assessment of shelter sites, selection of participants, regular monitoring, community mobilization, participating in drafting donor reports, in addition to managing the project's administration and filling system including contracts.
