The goal of my final year project is to design and implement, leveraging natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and techniques, a solution that provides data analytics on a continuum of incoming emails retrieved from an enterprise customer support department, helping managers to gain valuable insights, simplifying the decision-making process, while also saving time, technical and human resources. • Conduct market studies to identify gaps in existing solutions and find the best technologies and services for meeting the project's functional requirements.• Design a scalable architecture through the creation of a conceptual and data model.• Conduct experiments on multiple topic modeling algorithms using Python, evaluating each one to determine the most suitable algorithm for the project's use case.• Build prototypes. • Develop a user interface that presents visualized data and includes a configuration panel, allowing users to modify the solution's engine workflow.

As a Research and Development Engineer, my primary focus was on leveraging NFC as the centerpiece of a comprehensive product authentication solution. The primary responsibilities that I was entrusted with include the following:• Perform experimental studies to support the research & development side of the project.• Supply technical documentation, learning materials, and manuals to facilitate software engineers in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the project at hand and its effective technical implementation.• Participate in the testing process including specification and planning.• Conduct market research to evaluate available machinery options, initiate communication with manufacturers, and facilitate inquiries for machinery procurement.• Review designs, architecture, and cost estimates.
