Managing a portfolio of size exceeding US$ 700 million.Recommending suitable financing packages for existing and new credit clients including cash management, debt raising, export finance, FX deals and others.Marketing the Bank's products and services to the top tier in the following industries: Petroleum, Fertilizers & ChemicalsAnalyzing in depth financial reports on the macro and micro level of existing and potential credit clients as well as preparing related industry studies, to identify risks and assess the creditworthiness of the clients, including company visits, management interviews, visiting industry experts and forecasting.Handling documentation including Loan Agreements and other legal documents needed to activate approved credit facilities.Serving as a focal contact point between all departments and branches that handle the team's accounts.Monitoring daily operations and working on the implementation of approved transactions.Training and supervising corporate specialists.

Rotated through various areas and industries within the bank's different departments including Corporate Banking and Credit Risk Exposure Management, key functions and responsibilities include:Review and analyze all pertinent credit and financial information, including Business/personal tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statements, credit reports, and appraisal reports for the development of credit information utilized by the Bank for lending decisions.Determine the need for more thorough investigation or additional information and contact appropriate sources to obtain required information.Prepare summary or credit memorandum, present facts and offer an opinion concerning the creditworthiness and financial condition of the applicant(s).Work directly with prospective borrowing clients in negotiating loan amount, structure, pricing, documentation, and collection (if necessary).Maintain control over loan(s) in process and review periodically to detect any potential and/or developing problems and ensure that the department manager is informed of developments/problems.Review all loan closing documents, prepared internally or externally by outside counsel, to ensure information contained are accurate and consistent with the approved terms and conditions.Periodically review all credit, loan and collateralized files to ensure that information is current and report any difficulties to the department manager. Monitor files to ensure that up-to-date financial statements, tax returns, etc. are in loan files.

Handling daily operations including the implementation of customer's requests, problem solving and ensuring that approved facilities are correctly implemented and all needed documents are in place.Coordinating between departments, branches and clients in addition to following up on the implementation of approved transactions, transfer of funds and collection of fees.Preparing periodic reports such as profitability, customer utilization positions, borrowing activities, documentation expiry and pricing reports.Assisting in preparing approval memos, legal documents and other internal procedures.Preparing yearly budget performance report
