I graduated from Arab Open University – Faculty of Business Administration Marketing Track in May 2012- Egypt. My current profound is in Administration and Customer Support Services, as my deepest desire is to maintain and improve my basic creativity and skills in this field. I am a quick learner and that gives me the opportunity to work in many different places, including administrative departments.My solid experience in the customer Services ground is 6 years. My achievement is one year in working as Ramp Supervisor and Customer Services Agent in Aero Services company, Cairo International Airport. I worked for another one-year as Load Control Officer and Customer Services Agent in Gulf Air with a recommendation letter. Working in the Gulf Air helped me to develop my communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills. Further, I operated for two years in Banque Misr as a Customer Services Representative. Moreover, my current job as Customer Services Representative and Traffic Officer in Kuwait Airways - Kuwait International Airport since 2018, has made me a very Experienced and précised Customer Service Agent.My experience working with different age groups from vast backgrounds with different nationalities has helped me develop techniques and methodologies that make the work environment collaborative, effective, safe, and fun.
