Orange Business Services has undertaken a challenging goal to significantly reduce TELCO access costs internationally for our existing and new access circuits , service end of life ,Site closures and circuit recommitments with existing carriers.-Track project progress-Provide a link between the Business Case and implementation to ensure resources are available to support many concurrent projects. Escalate problems and process gaps quickly to ensure proper visibility is given to cost savings targets.- Provide detailed financial results of the project including MRC savings, applicable penalties for disconnects, etc. Use financial plan (Excel) and NAOMI to create the reports.- Interface directly with carriers to discuss and request diversity circuits paths for customer MCS sites.-Track all connections included in the Site closures and escalate as needed to ensure the target dates are achieved.-Work closely with CSM, AOM, NORF, GCM, Sourcing ,CNOM and DI teams to gather the customer data, technical details and all the info need for migration.-Work directly with AOM team and provide them with the agreed template along with all details to trigger new connections for migration.-Track all disconnected circuits to ensure they are removed from the PTT invoices and all Orange Business Services tools are updated.Ad-hoc tasks on management requests may include:• Communicate, organize conference calls with CSM and Sales as needed.• Attend weekly meetings with Key stakeholders and Project Management Office (PMO).• Take ownership of any customer connection issues that occur due to the migration.• For any customer complex topology, work with RSND and Customer Solution consultant to agree on best way forward.• Handle any escalation from CSM and Account team on a timely manner and update PMO and project owner as needed. -
