As a Leader of the Community Department of GDG SBA, my role is to ensure the safety of the GDG community and the satisfaction of the club members, strategic planning and leadership, and facilitating the decision-making of the leading board through conversations with members.Key Accomplishments:• Hosted and organized the annual event DevFest23 which consisted of one-week workshops alongside a 24-hour hackathon.•Organized a 24-hour AI Hackathon "AIQuest'24".

I founded ReoEnglishClub in August 2023, it is a virtual free English learning platform.Key Accomplishments:• 2 daily sessions throughout August 2023.• Reached 51 members at the end of August 2023, and 47 active members.• Promoted inclusivity by making the communication sessions online since most teens can't engage in in-person activities.

The Youth Leadership Program with Algeria (YLPA) is a leadership development opportunity for Algerian and American youth, ages 15-17. This cultural and academic exchange takes place every summer in Reno, Nevada, and Washington, DC. After the completion of the U.S.-based program, participants are required to complete a post-program service project in their local communities.Key Accomplishments:• Studied Leadership Skills and Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Nevada, Reno.• Crafted a plan for a community service project and presented it at the US Department of State.• Implemented two community service projects, ReoEnglishClub and WePower.

Part of participating in the Youth Leadership Program with Algeria (YLPA) was working with NNIC, where I had the chance to learn about civic participation and the rights and responsibilities of citizens, as well as the role that social enterprises play in a community. The program is comprised of an intensive training schedule that includes highly academic workshops, project planning, team-building activities, and cultural activities.Key Accomplishments:• Took part in The Mandela Day Global Expo, where 53 cultures were present.• Volunteered at a Community Chest with children in Virginia City, NV.• Spent 2 weeks with an American host family.• 1 week of Team-building activities in the Sierra Nevada Journeys camp, Portola, California.
