To train the Security Personnel in all security drills and security procedures lay down in the Standing Orders.To act as Liaison between the Security Unit and Administration Manager in the absence of the Security Officer.Maintain Liaison with local authorities and nearest Hospital.To deploy Security Guards during his Shift.To make periodic ‘Rounds’ of Sentry Posts to check alertness andCompliance of standing orders.To periodically inspect serviceability of firefighting equipment and Fire Tenders.Inspect the log of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement of his duty and at the end of his duty.Supervise and oversee security functions in an organization.Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel.Evaluate, assess and analyses performance of security personnel.Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.Provide security to office staff, buildings and properties.Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.Assisting VIP & VVIP Guest.Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.Evaluating new equipment and techniques.Assessing Lost & Found Queries and maintaining the records.Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property.Monitoring surveillance equipment.Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities.Informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers.
