Prior to founding of Augusta Consulting Group (ACG), Ramzey was an Assistant Vice President at J.S. Held where he led a team of building consultants on a multitude of complex projects throughout the country during his almost 8-year tenure. Ramzey holds a B.Arch. degree in Architecture, but his first exposure to Architecture and building came much earlier as his father was an Architect giving Ramzey great opportunities in field experience from an early age. Ramzey’s educational foundation in the industry was built upon with years of technical field experience as an Architectural Design Consultant and Owner’s rep. on projects in the United States and the Middle East. While working on design projects for a developer in Amman, Jordan, Ramzey also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Jordan, teaching both Architectural Design and Urban Planning courses.Ramzey Ali is an experienced construction and design professional specialized in damage assessment, estimating, contractor negotiation, project management, site monitoring, and dispute resolution for numerous major losses including, but not limited to high-rise office and residential buildings, mixed-use towers, hotels, custom homes, country clubs, colleges, churches, hospitals, municipal buildings, manufacturing facilities and industrial structures throughout the United States.
