Assigned to input all 20/20 designs, as well as assisting in the design process, including my own projects and ensuring that all designs meet NKBA standards. Other responsibilities include receiving phone calls, placing orders, scheduling deliveries, greeting potential clients, and promoting a clean and well organized office and showroom. Assigned to stage and photograph completed projects, as well as edit, and format photos to be used for the company portfolio and website.

Responsible for managing a three story, 15-unit apartment complex with shared bathrooms and kitchen with a storefront housing a convenient store and bar on the main floor. Monitoring rental activity both in occupied and vacant apartments. Setting, collecting, and adjusting rents. Finding and screening tenants. Preparing, updating and signing leases. Handling maintenance issues, and upgrading building needs.
