- Supervised the Agile development, user support and education processes related to Atheneum Partners’ Platform (custom online tool for internal project and operations management);- Led the Platform’s roadmap definition, stakeholders’ feedback collection, user stories preparation and prioritisation and quality testing;Implemented the main company’s reporting and KPIs monitoring systems (Based on Yellowfin, then Tableau BI solution); supported the Business Intelligence team’s activities after its creation.

Main responsibilities: - Supervising the development, support and training for Atheneum Partners’ online Experts Platform. AEP is the central tool for internal project and operations management and source of the company’s main financial and operation data.- Set-up and managing the main company’s reporting and KPIs monitoring system, based on third-party Yellowfin Business Intelligence solution.Main results & achievements: - Led the release of the first Platform version, used by 80 analysts and project managers after initial delays for lack of coordination between the outsourced development & design team and the different involved parties in the company. AEP has been since rolled-out to client users from major consulting and investment firm companies worldwide.

Managed within a 3-people team (two developers and a junior product manager) the startup’s B2B marketplace platform development by planning bi-weekly releases, defining and specifying the new features and supervising quality assurance.
