Implemented global manufacturing, tax, and intellectual property efficiency solutions. Coordinated Controller’s Office efforts for global transfer pricing restructuring, including HoldCo development, IP migration, dormant entity strike-offs, and revision of consignment manufacturing agreements. Managed various aspects of quarterly and annual external reporting activities, including PCI roll-forward, treasury shares and option grant balance reconciliation, and companywide SOX 404 reporting requirements. Coordinated, managed, documented and automated worldwide intercompany profits eliminations project to reduce out-of-balance adjustment entries. Managed mandated quarterly and annual federal government statistical reporting requirements. Managed anticipated IFRS implementation requirements, including XBRL implementation goals. Designed and managed royalty accounting Kaizen project to map, identify and remedy system and accounting deficiencies.
