Soft Tethered Aortic Robotic Crawler (STARC)Developed a soft, minimally invasive, and cost effective robot capable of maneuvering through a human aorta. Comprised of a team of four, I was responsible for the current inch worm concept design and fabrication techniques. This project allowed me to expand my knowledge on not only rigid mechanical designs for biomedical devices but also designs using Stratasys Connex multi-stiffness 3D printer.Aerospace Experience:1. Master's Thesis entitled Self Assembly of Curved Surfaces from Smart Composites for Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (SUAVs) [Available online in 1 year].Developed a process for creating curves surfaces using self assembling technology. This process will allow surveillance and data collection to occur with little equipment and cost. Further integration with printable electric circuits and fold-able antagonistic actuators that will allow swarm manufacturing of SUAVs.Other:1.
