Recommended by Graph East Lebanon, a major player in IT industry in MENA, I was hired to analyze ITI’s business model and marketing procedures, detect flaws and provide recommendations.We moved the business curve from declining to steady improvement which helped the owners to sell it later for a good ROI.

My responsibility was to plan and lead promotion strategies for the institute to increase number of students without being too commercial with our marketing messages to avoid damaging the academic image of the institute. We also worked with Graph East – Lebanon to introduce Microsoft Academy to Arcatech. Afterward, we successfully led the project of merging Arcatech- Saida with the Lebanese International University (LIU), one of the main universities in Lebanon.
