- Serve as single point of contact for assigned supplier sites, accountable for site performance, for new product launch and ongoing part quality. - Support Ford Production System at Ford Assembly plants - Deploy Q1 requirements and monitor Q1 attainment status. - Lead APQP Supplier Engagement Process. - Ensure PPAP compliance to Ford Specific Guidelines. - Provide technical support to aid in improving quality systems and lead all supplier concern resolution. (BSAQ, Capacity Constraints, Capability Verification, Quality Rejects, Stop Ships, Stop Builds, Field Service Actions) - Drive Supplier continuous improvement and support 6-Sigma and Ford cross-functional matched pair initiatives. - Evaluate new suppliers performance to create a commercial relationship with Ford.

- Training in TPM and CI/Lean tools to Production Units people, Autonomous Maintenance Teams, engineers and managers.- Development and implementation projects of Lean Manufacturing, reducing costs and losses from the system.- Implementation of Total Production System and Toyota Production System philosophies at all levels of the organization.- Implementation of Problem Solving Tools and Root Cause Analysis to operational areas (5why, Fishbone, 8D, DDW).- Coordination of KAIZEN events and training events.- Audits to corporate CI model, and development of suppliers.- Benchmarkings to enterprises like P&G, American Axle.- Implementation of Lean tools on production floor (visual management, VSM, AM, Pokayoke).- Lead VSM session between General Mills and Suppliers in Perú to reduce logistics costs and losses.

- Internal Audits to Quality Management System in order to get the recertification in ISO/IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certified.- Immediate Response to customers Ford, General Motors and Nissan using root cause analysis like 8D´s, 5W´s, Cause-Effect diagram.- Updating specifications of product and establishment of parameters to production and quality areas.- Validation of new product (axle, shaft) using APQP and PPAP.- Responsible of Core Tools (FMEA, GR&R, PPAP, Control Plans, Flow Diagram and SPC).- Audits LPA´s, measurement system.- Elaboration of Quality Alerts, Visual Helps and Work Instruction Sheets to standardize the process.- Work with black belts from USA to develop lean projects on production floor.- SQA activities, evaluating suppliers from Monterrey and Queretaro to assurance the quality of raw materials.- Training to Quality Engineers and inspectors in core and lean tools.
