Perform component level failure analysis for internal and external customers, generate written FA reports, interpretation and communication of analysis data from outside test labs as well as coordination of such activity.

• Responsibility on all SanDisk Labs from IT perspective.As part of my job I was responsible on the following:
• Construction of a new support system for laboratory organization.
• Maintenance and daily operation of hardware and software failures to 14 laboratories comprising 1,400computers and servers.
• Operation and repair network problems.
• Build a lab database including: equipment, operating systems, software installed on any computer, etc.
• Creating new procedures for providing support to laboratories and weekly reports.

• As part of my job as SM at IT Global Service Desk at SanDisk I was responisble on the following:
• Shift management team including 10-15 support agents in Global Service Desk department.
• Providing 24x7 support for SanDisk end users.
• Tier 2 – Management Active Directory and a variety of servers, such as: Exchange, License, FTP etc.
• Support for hardware and software that is stationary and portable computers including mobile devices.
• Support for Windows 7, Office 2007 +2010.

• As part I was responsible on the following:
• Provided computer help desk support and technical training on hardware/software to 1500 end users.
• Documented help desk tickets/resolutions, and provided overall assistance in daily administration of a Cisco network.
