At present working as a General Manager on behaf of Braj Mining Corporation Private Limited in Joda East Iron Ore Mine and Kandbund Iron ore mine of Tata Steel Limited, Joda, Keonjhar, Odisha from November-2019 and having more than 22 years of experience in different Iron Ore projects in India. My strength summary isGraduate Mining Engineer having First class Mines Manager's Certificate of Competency under MMR 1961 and also MBA in Financial Management. Qualified in all aspects of mining & allied activities for excavation of Ore. I am well experienced for establishing new project through Forest Clearance at central level as well as Environment Clearance from MOEF Expertise in mentaining good professional relation with mine regulating Gov. Authorities from DGMS, DMO, IBM, PCB, DFO etc. for the benefit of project.My goal is to explore the ore deposits through enthusiasm, integrity & best practice principles.Self motivated, challenging individual always ready to take opportunity sensibly & to be successful person through hard work, dedicated effective work towards betterment & development of the company.

Worked for two years and one month in Dhedwas iron ore mines of M/s Jindal Saw Ltd. (JSL), Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Environment clearance for the said mine was 7 MTPA magnetite iron ore minining and 2.5 MTPA iron ore concentrate using benification plant. Excavation work being done by involving heavy earth moving machineries like Volvo excavators EC750,480BLC,210B,Tata Zaxis 650, Atlas copco Drilling equipments IDM-30, IR crawler mounted drilI CM-260,Dumpers like Tata Hitachi EH 600, Caterpiller dumpers 772G, Beml BH-35, Beml Dozers BD155, Motor Grader G 9190 SDLG etc.

Worked for two years and one month Vijay -2 Iron Ore Mine of M/s Usha Martin Ltd. Mine is in steep hills and was producing three million tons of Iron ore per annum. This mine is situated in deep forest of Saranda reserve comes under socially sensitive area. Encouraging experience gained to work in such a steep hill mine working and in adverse environmental and social conditions.

Worked for eleven years and four months in Thakurani Iron Ore Mine of M/s Padam Kumar Jain. Mine was having production capacity of three million tons per annum of processed Iron ore as Per MOEF approval and that targeted production as per ore quality demand had been achieved by engaging Extec make crawler mounted three screening plants each of 150 tons per hour and two Metso make inpit crushing cum screening plants each of 250 tons per hour feed capacity. Continuos challenging effort on logistic was required to despatch that much of finished ore from mines to predetermined different places through Road or Railway siding.

Worked for one year and six months in Nuagaon Iron Ore Mine of M/s KJS . The mine was virgin and after getting DGMS permission for Mechanise mining with deep hole drilling & blasting the mine had been developed in sistemetic manner with proper benching and safe haul road to achieve predetermined future demand of iron ore excavation.

Worked for two years and five months in Thakurani Iron Ore Mines of M/s Kaypee Enterprises. With a sincere and hard work the manually non– systematic worked mines had been converted into a fully mechanized systematic working mine during the said period with 6 mts bench height, design & layout of haul road in steeply deeping deposit, installation & operation of crushing plant as well as gravity screening plant.

Worked for one year in Codli Iron Mines of M/s Sesa Goa Ltd having ISO certification producing 7 lacs tons per month in three shift mechanized working. Excavation had been done by involving excavators Caterpillar LME 375 of 4.0 m3, Hitachi Ex 800 of 4.1 m3, Tata Hitachi Ex 400 of 2.8 m3 bucket capacity and haulpaks of BEML make BH40, Volvo make articulated type A 35c each having 35 tons Carring capacity, Caterpillar ripper Dozer D9N, Wheel Loader of 2.8 m3 bucket capacity & Crawler drill of 115 mm dia etc.As a production man worked in wet processing/crushing plant of 300TPH
