• Lead deployment efforts across EU, NA and LATAM region on cloud platforms including Azure and GCP.Manage, direct and oversee team of engineers, developers and testers to deliver a custom CCaaS solution.• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients that encourage client retention as well as business expansion while turning customers into brand ambassadors• Supervise and oversee troubleshooting and issue resolution on projects with internal and clients’ technical teams.• Lead pre-sales efforts by conducting technical product review and providing demos for prospect customers.• Manage client operations through monitoring and performance tools while ensuring adherence to SOPs.• Responsible for managing multiple internal and client projects along with assignment of responsibilities to individuals across different teams.• Manage and approve project budget to cover licensing, software, hardware and professional services cost.• Track and maintain the deployment’s progress using different project management tools. (MS Project and JIRA) • Review and approve work breakdown structure (WBS), performed resource capacity planning and determined sprint activities in an agile environment.• Lead security and compliance certification efforts including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and ISO27001.
