Nasr City Area, Cairo; in line of CLINDAM (Antibiotic), LISTERMIX PLUS (Mouthwash),IRON COMPLEX, and some other Pediatric Products such as DIOMACTE and CALCID C.• Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling or going door to door.• Making presentations to doctors and pharmacists. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day, or may be conducted in the evening.• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff;• Keeping detailed records of all contacts; Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products (Study the market and review competitive products inside-out starting with composition, packaging, prices and offers & identify the difference own product to others.)• Manage allocated resources (samples, promotional and educational materials) to maximize return within regulatory and ethical guidelines.• Product development: Launching new products ensure to take lead against competitors and maintain existing products to its leading position in the market.• Maintain and ensure that Hospitals & Clinics Division Head, Doctors, Practitioners & retailers are well informed by providing technical articles, presentations and workshops. • Provide training regarding the products and their indications, side effects & contradictions.• Maintain company’s high image and work ethics, superior product knowledge, and familiarity with various procedures, handling complaints professionally, taking responsibility and answering to various queries.

Over than 800 hours of extensive training :• Taking in and handing out prescriptions.• Dispensing prescriptions.• Using dispensary and stores computer systems to generate stock lists and labels.• Helping to maintain reasonable dispensary stock levels.• Ordering items for use within a department.• Receiving, loading, unloading incoming goods from wholesalers, manufacturers and elsewhere.• Delivering pharmaceuticals and other goods to sites within a pharmacy department, and wards/departments/clinical areas.• Selling over the counter medicines.• Answering queries on the supply and availability of medicines, where this is within their competence.• Responding to telephone and face to face enquiries of a routine nature from patients, their representatives, members of the public and a wide range of staff groups, either in a pharmacy or in a ward.• Drawing any problems identified or queries raised to the attention of pharmacists or pharmacy technicians.• Pre-packing, assembling and labeling medicines.• assisting with the manufacture of medicines• Preparing medicines aseptically (preparing medicines in a very clean environment using special techniques).• Ensuring that health and safety requirements are met.
