In this role I'm building the Information Security program from scratch. The advantage is I have the right amount of autonomy to do what is appropriate for the organization now and for the next 5 years. The downside being there's a lot of gap that requires bridging.The satisfaction is that we aligned the strategy with that of the business and instead of being a roadblock, supporting the business to propagte in a secured environment. Everyday we stitch a piece of the puzzle to move forward and having the holistic view of the entire puzzle is the responsiblity I own. Ever excited to move with the current journey to the next level of maturity and more that's stored for the future.

When I joined Schoeller Allibert, I was given the challenge to structure & mature the IT service level. We've implemented the basic processes and procedures; we've implemented a state-of-the-art ITSM tool; we've done roadshows to onboard all our users globally to follow the new processes; we've measured the succcess. Now continuing in the path of CI to make it a full circle. It's such a complete feeling. More maturity on the way. The team is excited and enthusiastic for the future. I'm blessed with an unending enspirited team who runs projects like riding on a horse. A journey that I want to continue and won't prefer to end.

We had 5 diverse Service Delivery teams, led by a Service Delivery Manager each, who are based in different regions covering our global presence. During this experience I contributed to the information security awareness program and regularly met with the senior management to discuss and implement security policies, procedures and guided in creating security standard & baselines.
