 Finalizing AOP (Annual Operating Plans) and cascading them in to monthly and daily production plans for each end product for domestic customer. Capacity planning of various shops and Execution of Production Plans in accordance to customer requirements. Coordinating with Marketing, Purchase and Manufacturing for fulfilling the product requirements in daily, weekly and monthly basis. Finalizing Master Production Schedule and loading in ERP, which forms basis of MRP and logistics planning. Focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives and productivity targets. Handling Production of Press Shop and Fabrication Shop. Customer dealing in case of major discrepancy. Raw material Planning. Preparation & Presentation of management information system.

 Implementation of QS-9000 in our organization, which was successfully completed in record time. Monitoring the Production activities of Rear axel & Hub front wheel including ------- Production Planning of M/c shop with exposure to Press M/c, Multi Spindle Drilling M/c, Jig Boring Lathe, Drilling and M.I.G. welding machine. Effective utilization of manpower at different shop floors. Completion of production activities in the given time frame Guiding the production team in different situations.
