 Individual work of Project Statistic & planning with the basic responsibilities of Project planning (as per job & availibity of project materials), Making BOQ, Maintaining Day to day Fabrication, Erection and other actives of project as per planning, Man power, consumable & other cost involvement, Making Actual Unit Cost, Preparing invoices, Total Reconciliation of Materials, Cash-flow, Fund-flow, Monthly Budget Vs Actual, Cost Control & M.I.S. Reporting. Co-ordinate with Project In-charge for preparing annual budget Statistical Reports and develop the system as per situation. Coordination with Accountant for Day-to-day accounting activities, Voucher preparation and cash management, Transferring stock to H.O and other Branches, Voucher entries and retrieval of accounting statements Book keeping (physical), Outstanding collections, Sales tax computations and filing monthly returns, Office administration and stores management, Timely reporting to H.O, Reconciliation of bank and customer accounts, Stock auditing,Coordination with Business Development Activities for increase of Sales/Turnover and Budgetary Control along with Monitoring of Project Management.Auditing of Materials Management for Consumable and Plant Materials Store.
