Digitization of Service Agreement using DocuSign. Service Agreement record is managed in Dynamics 365 and on submission, Power Automate prepares and sends the agreement document to customer using DocuSign with custom fields/inputs. Once customer signs the document, the information is fed back to Dynamics 365. A Power App is also developed to scan Service Agreements that are manually signed (signed PDF). The app uses AI model to scan and find relevant fields from PDF/image and feed the info back into Dynamics 365.

Worked as tech lead and managing a team of developers (onshore and offshore), testers and liaising with stakeholder to define requirements, pipeline and releases.

Caretaskr is a CRM system built for NDIS providers allowing to manage their client's details, care plans, prepare/process/send invoices, manage their employee timesheet and many more.The system is built using Angular, asp.net core, entity framework core with Azure function/Service Bus/logic apps to run background jobs (like automating invoice generation and sending to clients).

Therapy Focus required to book therapy sessions with their clients based on their preferences. Some of these sessions happen at School or community centres which have their own availabilities. The tool was built to capture all the preferences/availabilities and plot out the possible bookings considering travel, availability etc. The solution was custom built using Angular (deployed as web resources inside D365). Using webhook, scheduling jobs were trigged from D365 to Azure Function. Bookings notifications were sent out using SendGrid/Twilio with unique token in the URL for each recipient and once confirmed the bookings were updated in D365 scheduling tool. The scheduling engine built using Google-OR tools.

Therapy Focus required their legacy D365 instance to be upgraded into Unified interface. They also required to clean up entities/forms/processes to align with their changing business processes. We migrated the legacy D365 apps into Unified interface, migrated document templates, reports, dashboards as well as built few PCF controls. We also did data migration as we had to merge/split some entities when re-designed the legacy system.

Maptaskr is a mapping solution developed as D365 app which allows to visualize entities on maps and plan journeys, perform bulk operations based on map locations (like custom drawn polygon or postcode/suburb etc.)

The Check your energy spending website website built using ReactJS & node.js with MongoDB allows businesses to compare their energy spending with other similar businesses.

The BLCW public facing website is built using Umbraco CMS. Users can apply for grants in this public website which then gets synced to D365 instance where backoffice people can review grants. The site is hosted in high availability (redundant & load balanced) setup in Azure. The secure communication between CMS and D365 are funnel through service bus messing processed by webjob.

I've joined in NEC IT (Perth, WA) as a SharePoint consultant and started working with a project on SharePoint 2010/2013. My responsibilites include designing/developing SharePoint solutions, detailing/implementing Information Architecture, automating SharePoint installation/deployment, integrating SharePoint with LOB systems, developing workflows etc.

As an external SharePoint Consultant, I was involved in SharePoint upgrade project. As part of my role at COWI, I involved in analyzing and demonstrating database attach upgrade and code migration for SharePoint 2007 to 2010 upgrade Visual Studio project.

I used to work in ImpleVista on a product called 'Web Application Cockpit' involving SAP and SharePoint Integration. ImpleVista has a SAP product called 'Application Cockpit' and they wanted to have an web interface of that product through SharePoint. So basically they wanted a web version of their SAP product 'Application Cockpit'. SharePoint is being used as a web interface to access 'Application Cockpit' functionalities using custom SAP web services through PI. ABAP developers on SAP side develop custom SAP services which then being integrated with SharePoint. I was the technical lead in SharePoint team to design/architect the solution. I was also involved at COWI (www.cowi.com) as an external consultant in a SharePoint 2007 to 2010 migration project.

ImpleVista SharePoint solution Web Application Cockpit (WAC) was deployed at Dong (our client ) to automate business processes. My responsibilities was to communicate with Dong to write deployment guide and product documentations. As a third party solution, WAC need to adjusted with Dong's security and compatibility guidelines and as a senior architect I needed to make sure WAC comply to these guidelines.
