Current- Responsible for consistently achieving budgeted targets, enhancing sales growth and profitability in assigned market. - Heading a portfolio of US$ 14 M- Maintain strong relationship with C level customers for new business generation- Creating direction and coach to team ensuring high level of performance and motivation- Executing brand management, sales promotion, product launch, running cost optimization, project specific support etc.- Creating synergy between cross functional team like technical, marketing, product development, purchase and supply chain to generate maximum sales levers- Preparation, implementation of sales plan, regular monitoring on execution and timely review on progress- Developing creative strategies to drive business growth; Forecasting yearly/ monthly/ quarterly sales targets and executing them within deadline thereby enhancing the existing clientele
