To leverage my 2.5+ years of experience in network engineering, SDWAN, cloud technologies, and security to contribute to an organization’s growth. Seeking a challenging role that allows me to use my technical expertise in troubleshooting, vendor management, and network optimization, while continuing to grow professionally and personally.•Handled cases from global customers regarding the network,switching, routing,Internet issue and as well as cloud related issues. • Initially worked on emails as customer representatives and Incidents based on the problem Description issues resolved with troubleshoot. • Eventually, promoted to Fortiget TAC,Cisco Meraki TAC Engineer & as well our client side Network Team and performed the related troubleshooting issues. • Troubleshooted the Network issues such as: o Routing & Switching o DHCP & DNS failover o Cloud related issueso SDWAN related issues o Infoblox IPAM created or deleted •Working With Vendor like Expereo,Verizon and other Internet provider for best optimazition path/connectivity towards our destination.If required we are co-ordinating with ISP vendor and we are create new Static(IPsec Or MPLS) tunnels. • Co-ordinate with Site Engineer and Troubleshooting in Physical Connectivity and Configuration Issues.•Managed Day by Day Problems tickets and Priority based tickets. • Monthly base I have created a report for our our project all site Bandwidth Utilization, High bandwidth Utilization and Numbers of tickets received on our teams and share that report to Project Management team.•Recently, My manager handover another responsibility to me for take care the vulnerability related issues on our network devices.
