Disrupting entrenched supply chains, creating delighted loyal customersCreated a unique product to capture customers from offline sales (boutique retail) into the online system, giving the ability to target, upsell and cross-sell to them.

Baxi was the first motorcycle taxi service in India. It also provided financial services by enabling potential driver-partners to secure motorcycle loans, and utilized the same infrastructure for a hyper-local delivery platform focused on high-frequency high-volume daily needs (a la Instacart). Raised $2M in funding.Conceptualized and designed the complete product flow, and built the technology around it. Hired and managed a team of 20 PMs, developers and designers. Innovative product and technology solutions, designed specifically for local users.Grew operations to 3500 rides/day and 1500 deliveries/day across 4 cities. 6M total rides, 150K customers, 1000+ drivers, 1000+ motorcycles financed. Created a real time location-based ride matching and optimization platform for the bike taxi services.

Responsible for ~40M unique monthly visitors and INR700M ($11M) in revenue across multiple channels. Led a team of 45 people across product, design, and technology.

Launched Game Night on Match.com as a radical new way of meeting people online. 400% increase in user engagement during game nights. 200% increase in follow up communication due to game night. Increased conversions directly attributable to game night had a revenue impact of $10M

Defined a collaborative order management product from scratch. Grew the product from the inception phase to the single highest source of license revenue for i2, driving over $200M in license sales. Designed multiple aspects of the product, including architecture, UI workflows, deployment models and partner on-boarding strategies.
