Community Lead
Current- Manages client accounts, devising member retention strategies and serving as a single point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.- Completes scheduled check-ins with owned accounts, gathering member feedback and identifies opportunities to maximize the value of their membership and enhance their ongoing experience.- Executes and hosts 8+ monthly social events to increase community member engagement and to create an enhanced member experience.- Directs daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, event scheduling, executing building operation logistics, managing inventory, and supervising vendor tasks. - Manages client feedback and issue resolutions, mitigate escalations, and execute client retention strategies.- Conducts weekly building tours and coordinates all move-in and move-out logistics, assessing client needs and working with internal sales team to gain insight on accounts and address member move requests.- Works collaboratively with landlord to manage vendor relationships, communicating daily with building facilities maintenance team, cleaning team, and supply vendors for coordination and completion of daily tasks.
