Identified and closed high dollar capital sales of Histology lab solutions utilizing “C Suite” selling tactics in major hospital systems, research institutions, and private laboratories in South Texas. Responsible for an annual quota of $2.4 million and selected to mentor and train new sales representatives. Won Sales Rep of the Year in 2013 for finishing at 194% to plan and breaking an all-time company record for sales achievement. Won Rookie of Year and President’s Council in 2011 for exceeding quota at 125% to plan. Ranked in top 5 of 32 sales professionals in fiscal year 2012 by growing territory above market growth rate and ending the year at 126%. Promoted to Senior Sales Rep, 2014.

Helping the Aging, Needy and Disabled, Inc. (Formerly Services For The Elderly, Inc.) has been providing in-home attendant services to elderly and disabled persons since 1972. We incorporated as a nonprofit agency in 1976 and are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services to provide Personal Assistant services. I served as Secretary on the Board of Directors.

Developed, managed and retained business relationships by implementing the Regions Bierly sales process of existing portfolio management, targeted prospecting, and development of internal and external Centers of Influence relationships. BHBH is a young professionals group that raises money to support Hospice Austin's Camp Brave Heart. Last year I served as the events committee chair. As President I help to establish the goals of the steering committee and support the efforts of the steering committee chairs to achieve these objectives. I edit the agenda and lead each monthly steering committee meeting. I also work to set the tone for the group by promoting teamwork and collaboration among the chairs and sub-committees. When needed, I represent BHBH at Hospice Austin’s board meetings and other events, including BHBH happy hours.
