As the Head of HR at Insecticides (India) Limited, a leading manufacturer and exporter of agrochemicals, I am responsible for the HR interface of the company and its employee development policies.I work in collaboration with the functional leads to identify and recruit the right talent, and I enable the implementation of various HR initiatives, such as performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
