I started my career at the grass roots level and over the years that practical knowledge has provided me with the experience that has enabled me to understand the requirements of being successful in a business environment. I received the Top performer award both in the Training and Sales department during my tenure at Yes bank and Bharti Axa Life Insurance. During my time in these roles, I delivered customised training programs with associated stakeholders such as telephonic sales, direct sales, train the trainer and many more.I am a Xero certified Advisor, ISTD Diploma holder (Delhi Chapter) and a Certified Training Need Analyst (ITOL).
