Responsible for managing Circuit City’s automated systems IVR architecture projects for the Ecommerce department. Performed Project Management and Vendor Management for Voice Response Unit (IVR) projects. Worked with the business to drive IVR enhancements.

Responsible for managing, designing and developing IVR/VRU projects for Chase Card Services Private Label clients – Circuit City, United Airlines and Healthcare Financing.

Circuit City sold it's credit operations First North American National Bank (FNANB) to Bankone in January 2004. Job transitioned to Bankone.

Worked for Circuit City's credit operations FNANB (First North American National Bank) in a multi-tasking environment. Primary responsibilities included keeping the VRU environment functional and operational 24/7, providing on-call support, maintaining the VRU server hardware and maintaining/designing/developing VRU applications. Interacted with business users from the call center operations. Primary duties involved executing all the steps of the project life cycle for VRU projects including Quality Assurance and Project Management. Duties involved gathering requirements from the users, project scoping/analysis, creating flowcharts, VRU application programming, creating test scripts, system testing, working through the Change Management process and successfully deploying the application in the production environment across multiple servers in multiple call centers. Gained extensive knowledge of the Credit Card operations and call center environments.
